I live in the UK and have joined this to loose weight (again!!) I lost a lot last year and have put it back on again without realising! I so want to loose it and keep it off this time. I am married with 2 lovely daughters.

You can do it! It just takes time and motivation. Remember keep realistic goals...so an average body type would lose 1-2 pounds per week depending on their size. So, take that and figure out how many pounds you want to lose total and then you can see how many weeks/months until you will reach your goal.
Another great thing about MLW is that it helps you lose weight 10 pounds at a time. That is something great to congratulate your self with.
Try to carry something all day that weighs 10 pounds with you. Maybe take a smaller purse with you to work or around the house and put 10 pounds in it. That is how much weight you will shed off your body every time you hear that music playing on your scale.
