And welcome to the Mary Lou's Weigh community! I want to encourage you to take a look around and become friends with as many people as you can. Being on a weight loss journey is tough and friends can help encourage us and answer questions along the way.
I am a platform user myself and have lost nearly 70 pounds since giving birth to my son. It has been quite a journey for me. I was able to lose my baby weight and then a whole lot more! I am now wearing a size 10 and can even squeeze into some size 8's. I haven't been able to do that in over 10 years.
