This is by far my new favorite workout!!!

 

CrossFit is an intense exercise program that uses functional varied movement at relative high intensities for time. This method of fitness features dynamic exercises like plometric jumps and uses non-traditional equipment such as kettle bells and medicine balls. The benefits of CrossFit training are due to the intensity of the exercises. High intensity exercises are effective for burning a high number of calories in a short period of time.

When you workout with a group of people you push yourself harder, challenger yourself, and achieve goals you never knew were possible.
